jr league

Dear Elizabeth,

On behalf of the Junior League of Northern Virginia (JLNV), thank you for your contribution to our annual holiday fundraising event, The Enchanted Forest. The event was a huge success thanks to the support of the community and donors like you. Thousands of people from across the DC metro area visited The Enchanted Forest, and we are proud you could be part of the magic and contribute to the cause.  Your generous support helps make The Enchanted Forest the JLNV’s largest fundraiser this year, raising close to $47,000.

Thank you again for your support.

Sincerely,

Tanya La Force

Dramatic earrings rock at the Grammys

Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010

Pink at GrammysLos Angeles–Less than five minutes into last night’s telecast of the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards, it was clear that viewers were in for a wild night with plenty of sparkle and flash, not only in the form of onstage antics but in jewelry–shimmering with diamonds, shining in yellow gold and catching the eye with their exaggerated proportions.

In earrings, presenter Sheryl Crow donned Ofira yellow gold and diamond disk-shaped drops swinging to her shoulders, while Grammy winner Beyonce could be seen from afar in oversized diamond-studded hoops  .

Cuffs continued to get play on the Grammys stage, with Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie donning a futuristic silver pair on both wrists for her group’s performance.
