Mystique Jewelry was featured in Adult Swim: Dare to be Fashionably Courageous Sunday, August 23rd at the Liaison Hotel in Washington, DC. The fashion show, emceed by television star Paul Wharton, showcased Wizard Girls in swimsuits and Mystique jewelry. Mystique Jewelry will be featured at Adult Swim: Dare to be Fashionably Courageous in a charity fashion show On Sunday, August 23, 2009 at the Liaison, an Affinia Hotel at 415 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Some of the ‘Who’s Who’ in the Washington, D.C. Social, Fashion, Polo and Philanthropy scene will gather together to present “Adult Swim: A Dare to Be Fashionably Courageous” charity fashion show to benefit the non-profit organization, The Courage Cup- an IRS designated 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation which was established to help at-risk urban youth by supporting and raising awareness for programs in the mid-Atlantic region which give disadvantaged children individualized attention and a positive alternative activity to keep them in school and off the streets.
The highlight of the event will be a one-of-a-kind summer swimwear fashion show featuring Wizards Girls, Washington Post’s Live Ivan Carter and the Prince of Party, Mathew Herbert. with models strutting the runway in fine designer jewelry from Mystique Jewelers, including pieces by Award-winning designer, Alberto Parada who will be in attendance. Swimsuits from SyLene and South Moon Under will also be modeled. Some of Washington’s best are expected to attend including philanthropist and model, Katie Rost. Host of the CW’s TrenDC and founder of Evolution Look, Paul Wharton will make a special appearance to serve as the Emcee.
